How to use

  • 1. Select your timezone
    Choose your local timezone (default is Europe/Paris) so that all scheduled hours align with your region.

  • 2. Adjust your posting hours

  • 3. Define the post duration
    Enter how long each post should be visible in your planning context (for example 30 minutes). This helps structure the exported events.

    Click Generate schedule to view your full posting plan in text format. Each line lists the optimal hour per day in your timezone.

  • 5. Export as .ics
    Click Export .ics to download a calendar file compatible with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. You can import it directly to schedule reminders.

  • 6. Keep it consistent
